Vision’s in-house design and production operations are based in France, Australia and China. The China team is comprised of 16 professionals in Dongguan City with a collective experience of 70 years in the furniture and joinery business. Vision also employs 250 skilled workers through a manufacturing arrangement with its factories. In addition, Vision outsources the production of a range of FF&E products to other factories in China, supervised by its in-house quality control teams. The France and Australia team, meanwhile, provides the much-needed concept design and on-site detail that is then executed by the China team.
